- 4 / 5By roxanne lembkeGreat store but as a former partner the whole store needs to remember that it is NOT standard to stick a cup underneath the pour spout and let the shots pour over the top of Carmel macchiatos. It completely ruins the layering and destroys the quality. I personally received one like this and it was iced. My beverage was watery as a result because the 200 degree shots melted nearly all of the ice. Although some would argue that "it takes an extra step" to make the beverage, it is imperative that the step be done correctly. Hope they can correct this behavior.December 23, 2016
