  I go here at least twice a week early in the morning and this is not the first time the old lady make me late for class. I ordered by mobile apps for a Hot Smoked Butterscotch. When I got there, she told me they're out of the order, and tell me to order something else?!?
  
  Okay first, she did not say sorry and give me another option of getting refund. I ordered ahead cuz I'm running to my class and had no time for this. And second, each drink has different prices and I added 2 shots of espresso + caramel drizzle in my drink, it costed me more than $7 for that. She ended up making me a ICED Cascara Latte and almost did not give me caramel drizzle if I did not remind her. Later on when I tasted the drink, I did not feel the extra shots either. However, again I had no time for this so I got to leave. Result: 10extra mins wait + got an iced drink instead of a hot one + did not get the 2 extra shots of espresso that normally cost $1.60 for.
  
  And again, this was not the first time. Once I came in to pick up my HOT Green Tea Latte and she gave me an Iced one, but that time I told her. She remade my drink and OFFERED me the wrong one "for my friend or something". I've never made a complain like this my entire life, but seriously, for a customer who always adjust her drinks, this barista makes me feel nervous that she NEVER actually look at the adjustment and made my drinks the way I ordered. Plus she has this attitude like she has nothing to do with the problem. She was like "I'm surprised the apps didn't tell you that we're out of order. You can choose anything else on the menu (Duh?!?)". She said sorry to me ONCE when she handed me my drink, as if it's just that she felt sorry for me. If someone can't manage to do her job rightly, someone gotta fix this!
  
  I won't go to this Starbucks again unless my complain get reply from Starbucks. And by the way, I'm a gold member, not trying to make this dramatic but I think I devote to the branch much enough to get this situation taken care of.

  Quite a few homeless in the store. It made it tough not to smell them. Good coffee though.

  This one is always packed... You can't be mad at them for that. Still they are very quick to get your order
